Plot
Back in 1993, McKinley High's Glee Club won the championship for the Show Choir Competition and is said to be one of the best glee club around. More than a decade later, McKinley Glee Club fell to the bottom of the pack under the guidance of Sandy. When Sandy was fired from school, Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison), a former glee club member himself and the current Spanish teacher, took it upon himself to be the new glee club's teacher. Under his guidance, he steers the club towards winning in the regionals for them to stay alive.
But aside from glee club, Will also has to think about his wife, Terry (Jessalyn Gilsig), who is having a fake pregnancy and the Cherrios coach, Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch), who wants to take out the glee club. Luckily for him, he has Emma Pillsbury (Jayma Mays) the guidance counselor. Having a huge crush on him, she is always willing to help and give sound advice to Will.
Will isn't only the one having troubles in glee club. Being part of the club, the kids are placed at the very bottom of the high school caste system. Aside from the fact that some members are being bullied, they also have to face different high school problems.
